Position

The University of Kentucky is seeking a leader to serve as vice president for land-grant engagement and dean of the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. 

As both vice president for land-grant engagement and dean of the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment, the position has responsibility for the college's threefold mission of teaching, research and extension, as well as strategy, direction and priorities for fostering and facilitating collaborative, multidisciplinary engaged scholarship across the university, Cooperative Extension and the Commonwealth.

Search Update

After an extensive search for a new vice president for land-grant engagement and dean of the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment at the University of Kentucky, three finalists will in campus forums and meetings. The outstanding finalists were selected from candidates across the nation who engaged with the community in several ways. 

After the forums, UK community members will have the opportunity to submit feedback through a webform on the search webpage. Names and CVs of finalists will be made available only to the UK community 24 hours prior to the candidates' first day on campus on the search website. Click here for candidate and forum information.
