Establishes a standardized grading system to record and communicate student academic performance, as well as the administration of the official record of grades and grading policies, grade reporting procedures and maintenance of the student academic records. Applies to undergraduate, graduate and professional programs and includes procedures for incomplete grades and grade changes.
